This year we take part in SammTalk project, a Norwegian startup that connects schools to give pupils the opportunity to talk to foreign students (through a closed group and video call) during school hours and practice the languages they study in class in a real way, getting to know other cultures and creating valuable friendships, a great motivation to continue learning.
In the first phase of the project, MIT School students will come into contact with a class of Norwegian students by sharing videos, images or texts and then meet personally and practice their English by speaking in real time with their foreign classmates through virtual rooms.
