The pool where MIT School students practice

Belife is a complex of over 12,000 m2 dedicated to several sports, as well as welfare, health and beauty. Among the facilities of the center, located in the PTA , its 25-meter heated pool and the outdoor pool stand out. Both are used by students from MIT School each week to practice swimming activities.

This sport, mainly aerobic, causes not only an active enjoyment of their leisure, but it is the most complete physical space for the development of the physical, psychological and neurological aptitudes, and has direct consequences on health. Therefore, it helps controlling body weight and maintaining blood pressure figures low, lowers cholesterol and blood glucose and helps increase physical exercise capacity in children, creating a better cardiovascular response. Of course, swimming improves flexibility, coordination, agility, speed and muscle strength, and even promotes socialization. And certainly stimulates fun!
