One of the primary objectives of MIT School is to strengthen the talents of its students and to prepare them for the challenges they will face in life.
For this reason, 4th ESO and 1st Bachillerato are participating again this course in Gestalentum, a university program (we are the only non-university center that participates in it), which seeks to develop the talent of students, focusing on 10 key competences:
· Teamwork
· Communication
· Leadership
· Time management
· Conflict management
· Adaptation to change
· Creativity
· Entrepreneurial attitude
· Self-confidence
· Self-control.
They work through “outdoor training”, which is developed in nature. Thanks to it, students get involved physically, intellectually and emotionally, surpassing with their own resources the challenges and obstacles that arise in the course of the activity. In this way, they will generate tools that will also help them to face the future.
