DIAGNOSTICO

The results that the Junta de Andalucía has obtained from the Pruebas de Evaluación de Diagnóstico and the Prueba de Evaluación ESCALA 2012-2013 have already been published. In one hand, for the Pruebas de Evaluación de Diagnóstico (Diagnostic Assesment Tests), tested on the students in fourth of Primary or Second of Secondary, the competencies evaluated are Mathematical Reasoning, Communication language in Spanish language and Knowledge and interaction with the physical and natural world.

In the other hand, the ESCALA assessment test  checks the level of acquisition of linguistic communication skills and mathematical reasoning of students in the second year of Secondary education. In addition, a reading test is applied to a sample of students in each school.

Both results of PED and ESCALA are connected with the results of the other schools in the area and in Andalusia. Thanks to this, we have found that MIT School always achieves a level above the mean of the area and the Comunidad Autónoma with which it is compared.
