Alumnas y ex alumnos de MIT School posan con sus trofeos

MIT students and former students pose with their trophies

The students Marta Vega (1st Bachillerato) and Carmen García (4th ESO), Champions of Spain and Europe in the Junior category, have been proclaimed this weekend in Guadalajara runners-up in the Spanish Absolute Karate Championship, being the youngest athletes in getting this sporting achievement at National level.

This win adds to the success already achieved in the last Absolute, held in Albacete in November. There, our former student Margarita Morata revalidated her title of Champion of Spain brilliantly, while Antonio García won the runner-up.

At the same time, in Team Kata, the students Marta Vega and Carmen García won the title of Champions of Spain, while in Single Kata, Marta Vega won the third place in the Championship, as well as her mate Carmen García, who did it in Kumite. We could not be prouder of our students! Congratulations on your wonderful triumphs!
