This year will be celebrated the first FTC, the international championship FIRST Tech Challenge Barcelona, with 16 teams of young people between 17 and 23 years from Spain, Russia, Holland and the United States. MIT School will participate with its high school students in this modality designed “for those who want to compete head to head”, using a sports tournament model  in which teams of ten students will design, build and program their robots, using engineering principles, to compete against other teams.

The ability to innovate, design, work in teams and solve real world problems will be awarded  in different categories, and will also give the students the possibility to access the worldwide finale. It will also be a unique opportunity to share experiences with young people all around the world. Good luck, team!
