conservatorio malaga

October is here and MIT Conservatory begins full of energy. That’s why on Tuesday, October 1 at 16:00, there will be a briefing in which all interested parents -whether they belong to the school or not- may come to know first hand the project that combines the theoretical with the creation of big bands, rock and pop bands, gospel choirs, jazz combos …

MIT School has also decided to subsidize part of the quotas of the Conservatory, so more students can enjoy music as part of their training. For example, the tuition fee for 1st and 2nd year will cost only 20 euros (compared to the 50 it costs to external students) while the monthly amount is 60 euros (40 if there is a brother in the course), compared to 120 euros faced by students not in the school.

The instrumental specialties offered are, as we already informed, piano, violin, viola, cello, bass guitar, flamenco guitar, oboe, bassoon, saxophone, clarinet. Flute, trumpet, horn, trombone, tuba, harp and percussion. Besides, MIT School Conservatory is the only centre in the province of Malaga that specializes in flamenco guitar and vocal education.

The students have these options when choosing the schedule: Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 17:00 hours (so that they can take the school bus after the class); Monday and Wednesday from 16:00 to 18:00 hours or from Tuesday to Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00 hours. In total, 16 hours per month -which go up to 20 if the 3rd and 4th year- of bilingual and fun classes to begin a career in music!
