MIT students pose with their trophees in the European Championship of Sofía

Marta Vega has made it again! Our student has revalidated her European Championship title of Kárate in the Junior category in Kata, after successively defeating Croatia, Montenegro, Russia, Italy and Slovakia in an exciting final in the European Championship in Sofia (Bulgaria).

Nevertheless, Marta Vega’s has not been the only triumph of MIT School in the European Karate Championship held last weekend in Sofia (Bulgaria); we have got some more!

Thus, Carmen García, a student of 1st Bachillerato, has also been proclaimed European Champion, in this case, of Kata, in the Junior Team. For her part, Jessica Moreno, a former student of MIT (now a UMA student and a trainee student at the school), won the Bronze medal in Kata Team Sub 21.

Congratulations, girls! You deserve all these triumphs, as you have worked very hard to obtain them!
