Due to the worsening of the domestic economic situation, the number of people to whom the food banks assist has increased dramatically over the last year. So, now more than ever, MIT School is collaborating with Proyecto Bancosol in collecting food. The aim of the campaign is that students make a donation of nonperishable food, in order to provide assistance to people who needs it in the province of Malaga.

The most needed foods are cold meat, milk, oil and packaged food, but any donation is welcome. All material donated until December 20 will be collected in a “charity box” located next to the school secretary and will be sent to the Food Bank of the Costa del Sol. Helping those in need will be, without doubt, our best Christmas gift.
