Since last week, MIT School is holding various events to introduce students to a very different reality: the life of people in Haiti, a country that is still recovering from the 2010 earthquake that killed 300,000 people and left more than one million damaged.

To this effect, we have 11 information panels in our facilities. Each student can also consult a little guide for further information on the exhibition, and everyone has been given a bracelets with the inscription “Do not forget Haiti”.

Also, Secondary and High School are watching the documentary Haití, Tierra de Esperanza, nominated for the Goya prizes (you can watch a preview in the attached video). With this activity, we begin, once again, the work of solidarity and awareness that we perform regularly at MIT School.
