Futbolín  is an Argentine-Spanish film directed by Juan José Campanella and nominated for Best Animated Film at the 2013 Goya Awards. It is now in theaters, and all Primary students will enjoy it on Friday in a fun outing. But what is this adventure about?

Amadeo has spent his life playing foosball at his father’s bar in a small village, where time passes smoothly. However, their peaceful life ends the day that “El Crack,” a young neighbour who has become the best player in the world, comes back ready to avenge the only loss in his life: the one he suffered against Amadeo playing foosball as children.

Here’s how the protagonist must gear up for saving his village, his bar, his foosball, and his best friend Laura, which he secretly loves. And nothing less than the foosball figures will help him! They are alive! Along the way, everyone will become a real team and will know love, respect, friendship and passion.
