The MIT karate experts do not content with winning local and regional prizes: they have been also proclaimed European champions! It happened last weekend, when the XXXV Karate Club Championship took place in Madrid. The students and teachers at the school got a total of six titles. MIT is very proud!

· Champion of Andalusia: Marta Vega (student of 6th grade)
· Champion of Spain: Álvaro Merida (Student of 5th grade at MIT, starting next year)
· European Champion: Cristina Marín (MIT teacher)
· European Champion: Antonio Garcia (Student of 1st Bachillerato)
· Two-time champions of Europe: Margarita Morata (Student of 1st Bachillerato)
· Three times champion of Spain [Technical Infant Tests – Team of three junior – junior single]: Alfie Bannister (Student of 4th grade at MIT starting next year)
